MoB incorporates seven characters in various whimsical positions; from manning the laser cannons to space walking.  it includes a pilot and co-pilot guiding their ship through the inky depths and a character at the rear cooking a hot dog over the nuclear powered engines. and of course it sports the ubiquitous rotating radar dish.

   MoB is made of gas-welded sheet steel and soft copper-coated steel welding rod.

   It's finish is one of flame oxidized steel and copper with copper highlights.  It is mounted on a soapstone base and then sprayed with a clear acrylic coating which protects the sculpture from rusting and gives it a shiny appearance.
