Found in ruins dated to the last Great Age  of Reason, it is in remarkable shape and appears to be an excellent example of that lost time when everything still made sense.

  It appears to be a working clock that displays the hour and minute, with a sweep-second hand.

   And, as if to anticipate the impending "Age Of Stupidity", a second motor kicks in on the hour which counts out the hour using cuckoo bellows.

  The sculpture is definitely hand-welded and is the only one known to exist.
